Tzatziki Bowl



Makes 2 Servings

1/2 C green chickpea hummus
4-6 tomato, quartered
4 Lebanese cucumbers, roughly diced
1/4 red onion, chopped

4 T tzatziki


5 mins prep

Chop up your tomato, onion & cucumbers.
Top with some hummus & tzatziki.
Enjoy this super simple bowl! 

Note: To make it ahead of time, I suggest not cutting the tomato, as they will release their water.
