Pancakes & fresh fruits
Pancakes are better when shared. Whether you make them as a snack or as breakfast is really up to you, but keep in mind that serving them with loads of fresh fruit is what this is all about. Get yourself some local berries!
makes 4 servings
1 C flour ( I use cloud 9)
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 C almond milk
1 t vinegar
Berries & cut fruit
5 mins prep + 15 mins cook
In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your wet ingredients then incorporate them with the dry.
Once everything is combined, cook them in large pan over medium heat.
I use about one ladle per pancake.
Serve with fresh fruit, nut butter & maple syrup.
