Nectarine Parfait

Simple is my middle name! I love these quick and healthy breakfasts.

Now that summer has hit full force, I don't always feel like making something in the morning so I keep yogurt & granola around. I default to this or smoothie bowls depending on how hot the morning is!


Ingredients

makes 2 portions

2 nectarines or peaches
1 C granola
1 C coconut yogurt (or balkan)
