Mango Lassi

A touch of mango-milkshake-madness just in time for some warmer days. I bring you this Mango Lassi for a perfect way to cool things off! Enjoy!


Ingredients

MAKES 2 PORTIONS 

1 C frozen mango cubes
1 C plain yogurt (or coconut cream)
1/4 C water (feel free to add up to 1/4 C of water if it runs too thick, or just let the mango melt a little)
1/2 t cardamom or cinnamon powder - optional

Directions

5 mins

Put everything in the blender
Blend until smooth
