Eating Plant Based changed my life. 

Every single aspect of it, forever.

Here is my truth: I was depressed. My mind was so cloudy I couldn't even think. I had hives & rashes all the time. I had no energy. I just wanted out.

That was just the tip of the iceberg. It got so bad that I wouldn't leave the house for long stretches of time. Then I decided, damn it girl, this is no way to live! (Longer version of the story here)

So I buckled down and found out what needed to be done to begin healing myself.

I wanted a natural way to manage things so I started with what I ate.

I built from the ground up. I threw out everything I thought I knew about my health. Going plant based was the answer to everything for me. Since I started eating better, everything has fallen into place. 

My food attitude is simple: eat more veg and you’ll eat less crap.

So instead of focusing on what you can't eat, let's talk about what you're not eating enough of. It's that simple really. For most folks, it's veggies. 

I don't believe in the dogma of diet. I don't believe there is any sort of absolute in the way we should or shouldn't nourish ourselves. Yes, I'm mostly vegetarian (and therefore so are the Feast Of Seasons Cookbooks) but I also eat bacon & I don't feel guilty about it in the least. 

So let's get rid of that guilt you've got around food. Let's talk about how you can nourish yourself & those around you a little better instead. Deal? Deal.
