Fruit & nuts

Sometimes, it's rather easy to overlook the simplest of things.

I eat fruit and nuts in combination quite frequently. Or perhaps, fruit and nut butters. A crisp apple slathered with almond butter or mixed nuts with cranberries.

They are incredibly delightful, filling & nutritious. 

A couple handfuls of nuts & a crunchy apple can also tide you over on a morning where there just isn't time for anything else!

So this really isn't a recipe per se, but please, on your trip to the market, explore the idea of adding more nuts and fresh fruit to your diet!
