Berry-Smooth Bowl

This rich, creamy smoothie bowl doubles well as a dessert or even as breakfast. The only difference being, if it was for breakfast I would top it with some steel cut oats & flax to make it more substantial. 


Ingredients

MAKES 2 PORTIONS

1/2 C of your favorite berries
1 banana
1/2 C yogurt or milk
Large handful of spinach chopped

TOPPINGS

Every seed, fruit, nut that you have in the house. Seriously, go crazy with it.

Directions

5 MINS PREP

Blend the berries, banana, yogurt & spinach together in a blender. If it's too thick, add a little water.
Pour into two bowls & top with your favorite things!
